Family values Republican Michael Duvall of Orange County was caught on tape bragging about having sex with an unnamed lobbyist (Heidi DeJong Barsuglia). Duvall: “So, I am getting into spanking her…I like spanking her. She goes, ‘I know you like spanking me.’ I said, ‘Yeah! Because you’re such a bad girl!’”
