ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith: The morality of Ray Lewis covering up evidence in a double murder case is debatable

By MFP  January 22nd, 2013

When ESPN First Take asks viewers to “embrace debate”, that apparently includes obstruction of justice in a double murder case…

“You can debate that til the cows come home!”

First Take January 22.

Context: Ray Lewis pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice in a double murder in 2000…

He originally was charged with two counts of murder but struck a deal with prosecutors in exchange for his testimony against two of his companions

Baker’s blood later was found in Lewis’ limo. Having fled the crime scene, Lewis told the limo’s passengers to “keep their mouths shut.” The white suit Lewis was wearing that night — on Super Bowl Sunday — never was found.

Friendly reminder: Stephen A. Smith and conservative talk show host Mark Levin are pals.

After being fired by ESPN (he has since been rehired) Stephen A. Smith sucked up to Mark Levin in a failed attempt to break into political talk radio.
