Rush had the right to say what he said — however tasteless and stupid it was to say it — and advertisers have the right to take their dollars elsewhere.

Even at my young age, I have experienced the benefits of goal-setting (from the time I was in the third grade, setting goals for my gymnastics!).

Examples of Physical Goals:

Improvement – “I can only run 10 minutes right now. But, in a month, I’m going to be running 30 minutes, 3 times a week.”

Achievement – “I want to win a 5k race.”

Amazing.
