Video: Gay Man justifiably beaten near death
Typically obnoxious gay guy Jack Price was allegedly beaten by Daniel Rodriguez and Daniel Aleman. Yes, two “Daniels”, which in and of itself is kind of gay. If you think about it.

NY Times: Suspects arrested in beating
Jack Price, 49, was harassed and assaulted by two men early Friday morning as he was leaving a deli in College Point. During the attack, which was captured on video, Mr. Price was pelted with antigay comments and pummeled to the ground, leaving him with a broken jaw, fractured ribs and a lacerated spleen, the police said.
On Tuesday, the United States Marshals Service arrested one of the suspects, Daniel Rodriguez, 21, in Norfolk, Va. Mr. Rodriguez, who has family in the area, was located through tips to the New York Police Department’s Real Time Crime Center, the police said. Charges in New York were pending, the police said, but it was unclear Tuesday night precisely when Mr. Rodriguez would be extradited.
Another man, Daniel Aleman, 26, was arrested over the weekend and is facing charges of assault and aggravated assault as a hate crime.
The attack elicited outcries from New York politicians, including the City Council speaker, Christine C. Quinn, a Manhattan Democrat who is openly gay. On Monday Ms. Quinn and other city and state officials gathered in Queens to speak out against the assault, calling it a hate crime.
